We are recruiting. We sit alongside two sister companies, both of which are social care providers. That means we deal with (on a daily basis) the same issues you face. We “get it” and aren’t some far-removed desk-jockeys in a city-centre office. We’re close-knit enough that we’ll know you, your routine, and your home commitments. You’ll get to know us and be able to talk without it feeling like we’re just some uncaring suits. And the job? You already know it. It’s providing support to those who need it. Building relationships with the vulnerable, some of whom have challenging conditions. You don’t need a DBS yet, as we’ll help you secure one.
