• Required to have 12 months’ care sector experience and be a driver with a car and business insurance
• Diploma Level 2 or 3 relevant to Health and Social Care desirable
• Paid weekly as an employee of Next Generation
• 36 hours minimum guaranteed per week
• Overtime may be available
• Work at different locations during the day
• Choice of day or night shifts, but must be available for 4 days per week and must work one weekend per four weekly rota
• 28 days’ paid annual leave
