Putting you at the heart of a dedicated team
Working with Next Generation Nursing and Care will put you at the very heart of a dedicated, loyal team that is well known for going ‘over and above’, making sure that people are cared for properly to the highest standards. We constantly look to make sure that our levels of excellence start with our nurses and carers.
We put you through your training
When you join the Next Generation team, we will put you through any mandatory training relevant to health and social care. We want you to the job to the highest standard and our training gives you the skillsets you need. The certified programme is delivered by South West Training Solutions who are one of the most respected Health and Social Care Training Providers in the south of England. The training is the very start of your journey into the Next Generation family and is fully in line with CQC guidelines.
Contracts and hours
that suit you
Next Generation Nursing and Care offer staff various ways of working from ad hoc contracts and flexible hours through to retained contracts. We find it gives people the option and flexibility to work around personal commitments, whether it’s full or part-time.
Just like a family
in the way we work
Family is hugely important to us at Next Generation. It’s not only central to the high quality service that we offer but we consider the team itself to be just like a family in the way we work together. We hold regular ‘get togethers’ for the team, staff coffee mornings, charity fun days and of course a great Christmas party. We offer good rates of pay, flexible working hours, a staff rep for when confidential issues need to be raised and operate a profit related bonus scheme which is payable at the end of the year. Next Generation is a great family to be part of because we care … not just for our clients but for our staff as well.

"One of the great things for me is that I can choose my hours. The training is second to none and as an employer they ensure you have everything needed, including confidence in what you do when you go into you work placements."
