Meet the Team and Revamp of the Newsletter
As a privately run specialist care agency, we pride ourselves on being an innovative and forward-moving organisation with friendly and approachable staff. Therefore in order to coincide with the new branding and website launch, here at the Next Generation office, we have revamped our newsletter. The newsletter is sent out to our staff and clients and it will be released quarterly starting with the first edition released at the beginning of December. It will keep you up to date with all the information about what is going on at Next Generation from upcoming events to the employee of the month. December edition of the newsletter features information about the mince pie coffee morning that is coming up, yummy! Keep an eye out for the digital newsletter in your emails.
With all these new and exciting changes happening at Next Generation, we thought we would keep you up to date with who is part of the Next Generation team in the office. Either as a staff member or a client, we understand that it is important to be able to put a name to face when corresponding with us. We also have some friendly new faces that have joined the office to introduce you to.
Chris is the Managing Director between him and Donna they oversee the financial side of the business. This will include the setting of targets and strategies in order to push the business forward.
Ian is the Branch manager he oversees the day to day running of the office and keeps the business running as well as it does.
Kim is the Recruitment Consultant for the support work. Kim runs the support work desk, liaising with clients and allocating the support workers their shifts. Kim will allocate shifts based on the staff skills set knowledge and experience.
Trina is the Finance Manager she oversees the accounts, dealing with credit control and processing of payments.
Jane processes the staff time sheets in order to put them through payroll and produce client invoices. Jane also deals with any staff or client queries in relation to invoices of wages.
Georgina is the Branch Administrator she assists in the administrative tasks around the office and helps to produce marketing materials used by the organisation.
Oliver is the Recruitment Consultant for the Health Care Assistants. Oliver runs the Health Care Assistant desk, liaising with clients and allocating the support workers their shifts. Oliver will allocate shifts based on the staff skills set knowledge and experience.
