COVID-19 Update 10th July 2020
As the country continues to ease restrictions in regards to COVID-19, please be assured that we continue to prioritise the safety of our clients, customers, care team and branch team.
We continue to carry out our training online, although some mandatory training such as manual handling will start being carried out face to face with our training provider. This training will be limited to small groups to ensure that social distancing can be maintained.
Our COVID-19 policy is being regularly looked at to ensure that it is up-to-date with information given by the government. This policy is being sent to all members of our care team as well as new recruits.
We continue to ask that visits to the office are kept to a minimum so please only visit if it is a necessity. If you must visit the office then please wash your hands upon arrival and use the antibacterial lotion provided. You must also sign into the visitor’s book so that we can keep track of who comes in and out of the office. There is signage placed in various places on the premises, we ask that you read these signs and follow the instructions on them, for example maintaining a 2 meter distance from others at all times.
In regards to our care team, we are keeping them in continuity where possible to reduce the risk of cross contamination and infection. The care team are changing into uniforms on site rather than at home, and we are providing them with any PPE they may need. We also have COVID friendly teams that are willing to support services that have been exposed to the virus.
Most importantly please look after yourselves, take precautions and do check on your vulnerable neighbours and friends.

If you are a member of our Care staff or a client then please keep us informed if you suspect that you may have Coronavirus, have come into contact with it or taking precautionary self-isolation. This will help us to take the necessary precautions and assist you where we are able to.
