It is an unusual situation we find ourselves in,  as we as a rule we don’t use agency staff only because we need dedicated and matched staff and the pre planning prior to someone moving is often critical to the success of the service in the future.
On this occasion  when we agreed due to necessity and someone being given a very short notice period from another provider, to support someone to move quickly and without the usual time to plan thoroughly we have found Next Generation to be really helpful. They listened to what we needed in relation to getting the right people around the person being supported. They were responsive, efficient and came up with a whole team of staff within a very short timescale. If we ever find ourselves in this position again I would not hesitate to use them.

Yourway Support has worked with Next Generation for three years. As a company they are highly responsive to meeting our need for good support staff promptly and really understand the needs of our organisation. All staff are helpful, polite and reliable.
