The start of a new year is often a time to make changes – so if you’re interested in finding a new provider for your agency staff, our “three shifts for the price of two” offer is a great way to find out about what it’s like to work with Next Generation.

We believe in giving you value for money but we’re also committed to delivering services of the highest quality, backed up by our seven point guarantee.

If we don’t deliver complete satisfaction on all seven points, you won’t pay us a penny for the shift we covered. Our guarantees are:

  • whatever time you contact us, day or night, we will answer your call within three rings
  • we will phone back within 15 minutes to give you the name of the staff member we will supply or an update
  • where you are an existing client, we will supply you with a staff member who has been to you before, unless you tell us otherwise
  • our staff member will be on shift ten minutes before the agreed time
  • our staff member will not drop out at short notice
  • you will be 100 per cent happy with the quality of the staff member supplied
  • we will follow up each shift with an assessment form, to gather your feedback.
