CTC specialises in providing care and support at home for people with complex needs such as learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disability, substance misuse, dementia and sensory impairment. It includes supported living and crisis management, delivered by a highly experienced team.

Yourway

Providing training and development opportunities for care providers in Plymouth and beyond, Yourway offers targeted training courses in various aspects of health and social care. Their creative and innovative activity days deliver valuable community support in an exciting and engaging way.

Next Generation Housing

Without appropriate housing, a vulnerable person becomes even more vulnerable and unlikely to get the help they need. Next Generation Housing was set up to give service users access to safe, secure housing and decent living conditions, from which they can build a better life.

I have worked for Next Generation for over a year. I am on the elite, team. I am contracted for 37.5 hours a week but there are always extra hours, if I need them. They have some great schemes, such as a refer a friend scheme, great rates of pay and they are a very friendly bunch in the office. If you have a problem, they will help you. I have been working in care now for over 30 years and this is one of the best companies I’ve worked for.
